Hellooooooo from New York City!

I just flew in after three weeks of travel. As I mentioned in my last post, mid-late summer was so slow that I decided to take some time off. I spent 5 days hiking and sauna-ing with a friend in Charlottesville, Virginia, another 5 days visiting museums and Korean bathhouses with a friend in DC, then 10 days with family in Wisconsin. I almost never checked email and it felt great.

Since I haven’t led an Ask Me Anything Q&A since July, I wanted to get one on the books for next week for all my annual paid subscribers. More info on that below.

P.S. The pic above is my niece and me on a little tech-free Labor Day weekend trip we took with some friends and their kids in Wisconsin. To any parents or hyper-involved aunties and uncles out there, you know how rare and special it is for kids to spend four days playing outside without phones and tablets!
